The end result is a medium bodied cup with tasting notes that include nutty, sweet chocolate, mild citrus, and a clean, bright finish.
A mix of processing techniques help create the ultimate product here.
Each of the coffees are either natural/dry processed or wet mill washed/sun dried — processes that we've chosen because they are friendly to the environment, to the rain forests, and to the living creatures of the high elevation mountains where these coffees are grown.
